Pros:

Despite I asked couple of time for the reservation change, hotel and Booking both not accountable. I dropped email to Hotel manager, no response. I had to pay 5 nights for my 1 night stays. This is ridiculously unacceptable for the service and communication.

OTHER WISE IT WAS CLEAN AND STAFF WAS VERY HELPFULL

ROOM WAS VERY SMALL. ROOM LIGHTING TERRIBLE. HAD TO REQUEST A DEST LAMP.

Pros:

The location worked very well for us as we were visiting ill relatives. The rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. The upstairs lobby came in handy to get some work/phone calls done.

Cons:

The front desk staff is at times hard to understand. When we extended our stay, the gentleman quoted me a price then it wasn't until I saw the charge on my credit card that the amount charged was not what he quoted.
A female at the front desk adjusted the rate & helped to take care of the issue.

Lovely rooms, but too many bad experiences that we would not recommend someone to stay there.
Pros:

Beautiful room - updated bathroom and comfy bed

Cons:

The A/C was SUPER LOUD when on and made it difficult to get a good nights rest. When the AC came on, we turned the TV louder, next door banged on the wall. We had to shut the TV off. Walls are so paper thin that you could here the next door conversation. Lots of light comes into the room from the very BRIGHT hallway lights.
