The staff - front desk, breakfast bar, housekeeping, and maintenance - I encountered many on my stay, and they really know how to be warm, look people in the eye,smile, say Hello. And they did good work. Put the two things together, and you get total pros. Thanks all of you.
The room was quiet, but the smells were a strange mix of chlorine and mustiness. The bathroom was ill-equipped, the water came out of the shower because the curtain was too short, and the coffee maker didn't work.
The best part was the staff. They were all friendly and genuinely tried to remediate the different situations.

I have to give a very negative review, the power for the TV went out multiple times in the two days for 10 or 15 minutes at a time. The staff had no idea what was going on. There was no ketchup or condiments available at breakfast. The staff was very helpful, but they did not know how to function any electronics. Sitting in hotel room for two days with no TV entertainment makes for a long weekend. I asked for some sort of credit or reimbursement and the answer was no.
The room was ok. The bathroom exhaust didn't work and the walk in shower was not too clean. Also the glass closet where the iron box was there, the magnet door was not closing properly. The breakfast options were limited.

Room was nice but property was a little dated - especially the exterior.
I had a good stay, but service wasn’t great. The wyfy was out and my room wasn’t touched during my two night stay. The breakfast was nice.
Everything was good with the exception of things. The stand up shower gets very slippery when wet and It would be good if there was a air vent in the bathroom. Everything was excellent.

When we got there. To check in they gave away our rooms after notifying them the day before that we may be a late check-in. Sent this to Springhill in Somerset, which was 25 minutes father then our meeting the next day. Terrible experience I should be compensated something.
