Pros:

Staff gentilissimo, abbiamo usufruito del deposito bagagli sia quando siamo arrivati la mattina presto, sia il giorno del check-out. Posizione ottima per chi arriva con l’Alaska Railroad. Piscina piccola ma comoda per rilassarsi dopo 8 ore di escursione tra i fiordi.

I would only stay there again in the off tourist season, if the hot water was working.

The view and the staff were great.

Cons:

There was no hot water and could not take a shower at all. There were way too many people in the lobby, due to the cruise ships. It was chaotic and felt uncomfortable to be in the lobby. There was limited parking.

Perfect location when taking the train or a boat tour.
Pros:

This was a great place to stay for a visit to Seward and Kenai Fjords boat tour. We took the train from Anchorage and they checked our luggage to the hotel. The train station is a short walk from the hotel, but it was raining so we took their shuttle. Our luggage arrived in the lobby shortly after we did. We arrived early in the day so were not able to check in, but they provided secure luggage storage so that we could explore the town. Our room was nice and overlooked the harbor. The boat tour left from the dock right behind the hotel, so it was very convenient. Major Marine Tours has their tour desk near the hotel lobby which was great if you had any questions or wanted to book a tour.

Die Lage ist top, sonst nur sehr wenig

Cons:

999 USD für zwei Tage, davon 75 USD für drei Stunden early check in. Dafür werden aber die Betten nicht gemacht "kein Personal ..." Frühstück gibt es in einem Bahnhofssaal aus den 60ern. Zumeist verschiedene Formen von Pappe (Pfannkuchen, Toast etc.) auf Papptellern und Getränke Pappbechern. 1 Toaster für alle Gäste. Eier, Speck, Würstchen = Ja. Käse, Wurst, Schinken = Nein. Fußboden knarrt. Schön, wenn man weiß, dass über einem Leben ist.
Zum Schiff gibt es einen kostenlosen Bus-Shuttle, der seine Runde durch Seward dreht und an fast allen Hotels vorbeikommt. Taxis sind eh Mangelware.

Pros:

We stayed here before our whale watching expedition. It is a busy place. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. There is a lot going on all the time being on the harbor. The breakfast wasn't very good but it was serving many people. We would stay again becaus eof the location plus our whale watching trip left from the lobby.

Within walking distance to the harbor.
Pros:

We would’ve loved to have stayed here but were moved to the Gateway Hotel a little further down the street, as the Harbor 360 Hotel was under renovation.
The Gateway Hotel was good.
Our room was very clean the bed very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön, insbesondere wenn das Zimmer Sicht auf den Hafen hat.

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist absolut ungenügend und schlecht.

Die Zimmerpreise sind viel zu hoch. Preis/Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht.
