Very disappointed no breakfast was available to us
Serve a free breakfast / check that all roof top exhaust are working properly for the bathrooms /
Have micro waves in the room.
Resort style hotel with outstanding restaurant with outdoor bar and fire pits. Also a ton of entertainment like basketball, go karts, pool, putting green, and awesome arcade! Don’t even feel the need to leave this place while staying!
The lobby is so welcoming and beachy. Beds are comfortable. Showers are nice and hot.
Why is there no breakfast?? at least continental. and with the restaurant closing at 9pm there should be some kind of night bites offered til 11 or midnight. The room doors slam shut so loud it wakes people up. surely theres something that can be done about that . Lobby couches are so cheap they sink when you sit. Arcade lights on all night seems like a waste of electricity.
Great lobby. Location. Rooms are a little dated especially bathrooms

We checked into this hotel early so we could get a quieter room facing the back. The front of the hotel has a noisy bar on the first floor, and there is a fun park basically in the parking lot. When we went into the room, we were surprised by how small it was. The IHG website indicated that two queen rooms were 450 sq. ft. The room was 300 sq.ft. at best. Very misleading. The room looked newer and was clean. After 9 pm, we came back to the hotel, and there was very loud music coming from the ballroom. After arriving at our room on the fourth floor, we noticed that we could hear the music inside the room. Yes, it was that loud. Weekdays may be quieter. Surprisingly, we did not hear much hall noise. There was no free breakfast, as with most Holiday Inns.
It was probably the best holiday in we have stayed at. Usually not my go to hotel and it was clean and convenient to all
Clean, good restaurant, staff is friendly. Good location. Frankly, best Holiday Inn I think I've ever stayed at.
How could I judge about the breakfast? There was none sad to say the restaurant was closed. Didn’t open until noon. They did offer fresh coffee, but everything else had to be paid for very disappointing
My room location was terrible. I looked out the window and saw nothing but rooftops and machinery.
It was okay, amenities aren't open long enough to enjoy. Went out to dinner came back and everything closed by nine. Paid for breakfast, didn't have it. It just felt like nobody cared or knew what was happening. I tried to redeem my breakfast vouchers but I had already been told it would revert back to a regular room charge and then I felt pressured to choose within a 20$ price range when breakfast was supposed to feed me and my guest. Bizarre customer experience. Can't go back for seconds if there's not even a first y'know?
No breakfast, cost 220+ dollars, amenities closed by nine, moldy dirty windows with visible mold, go look, room 231, ew, crumbs under bed. Like...if I was a karen I wanted my money back lowkey.
