Great stop on a long trip from Canada to Indianapolis. Staff was great.
Pros:

We had traveled from Quebec that morning. By train to Montreal and then by car to Watertown. There were numerous traffic jams on the highways in Canada that added more than an hour to the already long trip. The staff at the hotel we very helpful, understanding and accommodating. They deserve a raise.

Cons:

The coffee maker in the room didn't have any caffeinated selections. Just a little thing to monitor.

Okay place to stay
Pros:

The location was in the middle of town with many options for food and services

Cons:

The location had no beauty. We stayed there because it was at a good stopping point during our travel

I’ve stayed and eaten at this location several times and would do it over and over. Very much above the rest around this
Pros:

Nothing to dislike. Very clean. Staff is very professional and friendly. The meal option for a small additional fee is a great option and very good food.

I had to leave and need a refund.
Cons:

The bed was very hard and smaller than a king size bed. The rugs smelled like heavy cleaner, which gave me a headache and an asthma attack. I had to leave the hotel after a half hour and go stay at the Marriott,

Pros:

I Loved having my hotel room close to the pool. Makes it soo much easier with kids! And I liked that it was on the first floor!
