Location excellent, easy access from Rt 81, room was clean comfortable and the price was a great value, staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Restaurant was excellent

Great stop on a long trip from Canada to Indianapolis. Staff was great.
Pros:

We had traveled from Quebec that morning. By train to Montreal and then by car to Watertown. There were numerous traffic jams on the highways in Canada that added more than an hour to the already long trip. The staff at the hotel we very helpful, understanding and accommodating. They deserve a raise.

Cons:

The coffee maker in the room didn't have any caffeinated selections. Just a little thing to monitor.

Excellent. Staff who checked us in and out were superb

It was beautiful. The fire pit and pavilion was great for a summer night and it had music out there !
