We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed during our visit. I especially loved the bathroom body wash essentials the fragrance was amazing and the sleep sound machine was such a thoughtful touch.
I definitely want to recognize the staff. Lewis, who worked the evening shift, was exceptional! He was attentive, personable, and completely on point. He has such a great vibe and is truly a wonderful representative of the company. His personality and customer service made us feel genuinely welcomed.
Amanda was also wonderful and very communicative. She made sure everything was in place and that my stay went well, which I truly appreciated. That level of attentiveness makes a difference when you’re away from home.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and felt welcomed throughout our stay. Thank you, Lewis and Amanda, for the great hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

There was a mold smell in both rooms we were offered.
Location and it was clean
Too much noise. I heard toilets flushing. Noise from the top floor. The room had a smell that bothers my sinuses.
People were friendly. Very good breakfast.
The price between here and the counter didn't match up, and I ended up spending 30 to 40 more than anticipated.
Sheets wasn't clean very well.
We liked your coffee service. It was the first time I’ve used luggage carts like those that were available. They worked extremely well. Ice machine was full and convenient.
Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. The variety was good. But, the eggs were cool and rubbery. The link sausage was overcooked. I didn’t try the gravy because there were no biscuits.
Most of the staff were pleasant. It served its purpose for what we needed.
It had a musty smell in the room and the entire floor. The conditioner in the bathroom had shampoo mixed in it so I had to go buy some. They should go back to having mini bottles that can’t be tainted. There also weren’t any waters as stated on the site so I had to go buy those too. The carpets also felt dirty so we kept shoes on.
