The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There were so many dust bunnies under the the bed that I almost didn't see the items under there. No coffee makers in the rooms? The foam in the hot tub was out of control. I was very disappointed in the condition of the room.

We have stayed here a few times, it’s always clean, mostly quiet, comfortable and pleasant

Room did not look like pictures I saw tv would not change channels bed lights didn't work jacuzzi took so long to fill and water was room temp warm even in sinks and shower no coffee makers blow dryer ect no fridge or anything shades were broke and could not be moved 1 towel 2 wash clothes 3 hand towel none extra and had to bring wet towel down to get another dry towel for spouse totally a bummer

Pros:

I generally love Holiday Inn Express, which is why I chose this one.

Cons:

The shower had mold in it, especially around the caulking edges. There was constant maintenance and so it was very loud. Between leaf blowing and hallway maintenance.

Perfect place to stay after a long drive with a 2 yearold and a funfilled but hectic family dinner.
