Great rooms, wonderful breakfast
Room doors were hard to open.
Breakfast was offered. Our group did not take advantage of the service.
I liked the location.
Bathroom tub wouldn't drain
The sink was slow to drain
The gutter felt off and was banging on our windows.The staff said there was no maintenance available on Saturday. She said she would move us to another room.
When we went to move was told no room was available. I will never stay there again !
Breakfast good, staff helpful
not much one can do but the location is kind of unpleasant, we first pulled up to the Red Lion which is in need of help. Happily looked around the corner.
Easy to find and close to freeway, but not noisy.
Room was large, bed was comfortable and the coffee on demand is excellent.
Didn't get to try breakfast as we needed to eat right as it opened but there was a conference and they were all waiting to eat as well😉

The breakfast was really good. It would have been great if there were more celiac friendly items but the staff member on site was super helpful and offered up what were gluten free safe items. I appreicated the cleanliness of the rooms and the gym.
The pool was not warm enough to swim in and didn't look very clean. I moved from one room because the toilet was running. The second room's faucet leaked onto the counter when you turned it on. I mentioned both to staff. Perhaps have the maintenance person do more checks for each room. The initial person who checked me in couldn't tell me how to turn off the air conditioner but did get back to me after checking with a coworker. Better training would have remedied the first comment.
The breakfast was awesome, the location was good. the rooms were clean and the staff were extremely friendly.
Breakfast and location were great.
There was a low pitch hum in the bathroom that you could hear in the bed. Exhaust from bathroom did not work.

Easy to access, lots of parking, friendly staff
The only thing I would mention was the beds needs to be vacuumed under them. There was empty wrappers and old dried food bits
Breakfast was great
Was charged incorrect amount and impossible to get a hold of manager. Called so many times, left messages, emailed. No communication back. Tried to resolve person and they said I had to speak with the manager who wasn’t there. They left a message for her as well.
