Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Williamsburg-Historic Gateway by IHG

The pool and hot tub were very clean. We used them daily during our stay. The hotel was close to attractions and dining.

No complaints. Got into town early and was able to do early check in, staff was friendly, hot tub was relaxing!

Booked a room here last minute after the horrible mistake of booking a room at the days inn down the street. We were immediately welcomed with open arms. This hotel and our one night stay were fabulous!

Hotel was clean but needs some updating. The bathroom floor in our room had badly discolored, damaged grout. Breakfast was adequate, scrambled eggs and bacon every day, but not much in the way of healthy options. Overall ok stay.

The hotel staff were very nice. The room was spacious & clean. Two comfortable beds. A couch & office table area too. Restaurant/bar. We were able to check in early. The pool and hot tub were clean and just the right temperature. Location is convenient to drive to shops & restaurants. The area around the hotel is just ok. Lots of other hotels—on a busy main road with a gas station & 7-11 across the street. The 7-11 was open all night & people seemed to be hanging out there all night.

The Holiday Inn was superb!!!! The staff was kind and professional. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. I loved the hot tub and pool. Thank you for your exceptional customer service.

Dear Holiday Inn and IHG.
We came to stay for a week at your hotel at 515 Bypass Rd in Williamsburg VA. There is one very special person I need to talk about and her name is Beverly. What an amazing human being wow! When my Wife and I were looking at hotels in that area cause we were taking the kids to Busch Gardens. From the first moments talking to her we knew we were staying at your hotel. Our youngest Son is Non-verbal Autistic and has many challenges every day. When we came in to check-in Beverly came from behind the desk and spent time with him where he became so comfortable (it's hard getting him to stsy in unfamiliar places) but he liked Beverly so much he ran to the elevator to go to our room (he never does that). Every night when we would come back to the hotel there she was making him laugh and making him so comfortable. With a special needs child especially with Autism he doesn't like loud noises or crowded places. One night there were so many people in the pool that my Son wouldn't go in he was too overwhelmed and he got sad. This is the greatest thing I've ever seen. Beverly then turns to us and says as soon as everybody leaves the pool I will let u go in and have ur swim. About a half an hour later she said come on down and Beverly walks over to the pool and opens the door for my Son to go and have some fun in the pool. We've stayed at many hotels and I even worked at one so
