Clean rooms, great location just no time for pool after running around all day.
Pros:

Location was great, beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

Cons:

Pool was only open dusk till dawn. I also was told I would have to update my parking pass daily, which seems a little obsessive.

2nd shift dude was terrible
Pros:

Breakfast guy was great very helpful. Amanda and the GM were quick to resolve our issue.

Cons:

Had an issue when checking in. The clerk double charged us, we paid upfront through booking and when checking in we paid our 50 hold but he charged us the full price of the room. He was very rude saying there was nothing he could do, nothing he could see where we paid and we would just have to deal with it. Paying double was an issue for us. The next morning we spoke with the morning clerk Amanda, she looked in the system and saw the error the previous clerk made. She informers us the GM would be in and she would have it refunded.


My issue isn’t with the hotel but with the clerk that made a mistake and made us feel as if it was our issue. When we expressed our concerns with him he was very short and rude.

Pros:

La proximité avec l'aéroport de Tampa, l'accueil très sympathique et le fait que tout soit prêt (clés) lors d'une arrivée tardive est appréciable. Petit-déjeuner compris dans le prix. Nous avions demandé des chambres (location de 3 chambres en tout pour un petit groupe) situées au même étage par facilité et notre requête a été entendue. Chambres propres, lits confortable, je passe sur la décoration un peu datée mais franchement, rien à redire :-)))
