Too noisy
Location.
Air conditioner broke in lobby where a mediocre breakfast was served. Dirty lobby. Toilet wouldn't flush right, kept running and at some points wouldn't flush. Front desk didn't really care or offer solution. Carts to haul luggage were tiny and worthless. Doors had a gap and didn't close securely when you came in or out. Stairs had a lot of dirt and were very dark. No railing to go into the pool which was dirty and cold.
Everything was good.
Tv could have been better
Clean comfy bed , nice size bathroom , excellent coffee and breakfast . Cook was very nice

Air conditioner half worked. Floors were dirty. Front desk people were not so friendly. Shower had mold with very poor water pressure.
The breakfast was phenomenal! The staff was friendly.
The pillows were labeled firm/soft which was convenient.
The room definitely needed updates. There looked like a towel ring or bar had been pulled out of the wall leaving holes. The vent in the bathroom was visibly rusted.
It's not easy finding a place that can accommodate 6 people in 1 room. Was nice having a suite with a pull out couch that my kids were so excited to sleep on. Everything was so clean too.

Nice hotel
No hand soap in the bathroom Bed was way too firm. Day 2 of our stay didn't have much for breakfast guess they ran out of stuff
