Pros:

Excellent customer service from checking in, staff at bar, breakfast staff and checking out.
The room and shared areas were spotless.
I felt very safe eating gluten free alternatives at breakfast.
I will definitely be booking another stay here again

I am very happy and really enjoyed my stay in your hotel. Thankyou for your staffs and everthing.
Pros:

Breakfast are very good especially value for money when stay with family. Also the location right at the museum and closed to the canal where we can take a sight seeing boat trip as well. I definately will book this hotel again.
