Not as good as a Premier Inn
Pros:

Staff were great, brekkie was pretty good but not as good as a premier inn.
Great view from the room.

Cons:

Room felt tired and old. Pillows were awful. Dirty sock under my bed. No shower gel in shower so had to keep opening the shower door to use one by the sink, floor got very wet.
This is my first experience of a Holiday Inn in a while. I assumed it would be similar quality to Premier Inn but it wasn't.

Pros:

Bagno grande, doccia fantastica grande e anche con luci sensoriali.Colazione ricca e abbondante, personale sempre pronto a rifornire.Comodo poter lasciare i bagagli sia all' arrivo che alla partenza.Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Camere un po' piccole, solo un ripiano per appoggiare le cose e un piccolo attaccapanni.

Very efficient and well worth the money.
Pros:

Breakfast although 'free' was the one disappointing feature of the stay with tasteless sausages and salty bacon. Coffee was OK but average and the marmalade cheap, sugary tat. The atmosphere was that of free-for-all scramble rather than an enjoyable repast. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming and the overall experience a good one but the framed 'yorkshirisms' on the walls were naff and really incongruous! Better to get the local art college to sell you some original work than to put up andwhat some infantile marketeer thinks is amusing!

Perfect for our needs.
Pros:

We visited the Royal Armouries therefore the location was perfect.

There wasn't an opportunity for an upgrade as this was an "Express" hotel.

Good value but a bit chaotic!
Pros:

Overall setting nice and wonderfully air-conned lobby area - smelt beautiful! Nice bar area, plenty of seating and good, spacious area for breakfast. Good price and loved the river taxi into the city!

Cons:

Air con in room ineffectual, asked for early check in advance, not poss, asked for sofa bed to be made up in advance, not done. Arrived circa 1:30pm to see if early check in again poss - it wasn’t, was asked again re sofa bed, checked in at 3pm which was disappointing. Both check in and check was very confused and slow & meant payment at property missed (not being authorised by Booking.com) was just a bit chaotic/young staff.
