Nice couple of days
Pros:

Staff very nice,bed very comfortable, good size television in the bedroom.

Cons:

Heating was blowing cold in the bedroom, reported this at reception, someone came to fix it, only took 5 minutes,he said all good now so i asked him to to put it on to blow warm which he did and he left,it was still blowing cold so we ended up getting in the bed to keep warm.

Pros:

The hotel covered all our needs- the reception staff in particular were cheerful and very helpful. The breakfast choice was great and our room comfortable. In fact we joined up for membership of the IHG as we were so happy with this our 3rd stay.

Cons:

Breakfast adequate Plenty of food but only rather tired scrambled eggs. Good coffee and toast making facilities.
