Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location.
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel in a perfect location. We enjoyed being able to walk around downtown to check out the shops and eat at different places close by. The room was very clean and comfortable, and just in the hotel they had places to eat or get a drink. We went up to the bar at the top and enjoyed a drink, but it was getting cold. They do have fire pits and blankets, but we didn't bundle up or stay any longer. Parking was super easy to use and close by. I would recommend this place if you can afford it. We felt very safe here.

Cons:

The price is the only thing I didn't like about this place. We stayed here for two nights, and it was around $800 total. OUCH. We were here for our 25th anniversary so figured we were worth it, but still that hurts.

I wish I had more time to enjoy the facility and nearby shops and activities.
Pros:

The location was perfect for staying in the main part of the town. There were cute shops and good restaurants along the Main Street.

Pros:

rooftop bar and the cafe. Bed was excellent. Staff courteous and helpful

Really slow elevator and the balcony isnt really a balcony.

I would recommend to someone not wanting to spend an enormous amount of money to stay in Carmel.
Pros:

The property was in a great walkable location and very affordable for Carmel. Although it has some age it is kept up wonderfully. Pool was clean rooms were comfortable

The breakfast had the best blueberry muffins I have ever had.
