We enjoy the hotel & its conveniences: location, restaurant & new cafe as well as close to other eateries & local attractions. Easy walking to food & shopping & attractions.
The floor under the bathroom sink has not been cleaned in awhile; lots of dust bunnies. 😕

The bathroom fan in our room (808) didn't turn off and the access to the new tower wasn't secured by key phob, it was available but was unused so anyone could access the buliding.

Reaching someone to question bill is impossible. There is no reason we shouldn’t be able to talk to a human being to ask questions
We were looking for a hotel in Anacortes and wanted a pool or hot tub but settled on this hotel because they said they had a steam room and hot tub. After a 7 hour drive to get there we were exhausted. When we checked in at the front desk she apologized we were misinformed but there wasn’t a pool, hot tub or steam room. We were very disappointed. We paid more for this place because we thought we would have access to these amenities but they lied! Also you could hear everything outside your room and the room literally had the basics. Unfortunately we would never stay there again
