Gem of a place in a beautiful city
Pros:

Underground parking was right next door and for €12 a day great value in this city. Check-in was straightforward with Juan and a lady and they gave a map on how to get into the city. We walked which took about 20 minutes but there were things to see so didn’t feel that long. Breakfast was awesome. Probably the best ever. Everything you could want. Bedroom was spacious. Good big bed. Air con. Fridge. Bathroom good and everything clean. When we were out we didn’t see anywhere else that would have been as good so near the centre. Batman Steven was lovely too.

Cons:

If I had to give an issue it would be minor in that the shower was not that powerful

Cons:

Room's outdated. Gives Ibis Hotel vibes. No amenities on the room. No tea or coffee maker. It's not worth the price and not 4 stars for me

Fue una experiencia maravillosa, las habitaciones excelentes, las camas muy cómodas, el desayuno fue nutridor, exquisito.

La chica que nos atendió fue muy amable y atenta. La ropa de cama era muy cómoda y la habitación era bastante amplia. En general, tuvimos una estancia muy agradable.

Cons:

Se podía escuchar claramente a la gente hablando en el pasillo, por lo que había algo de ruido.

Although the breakfast selection was not particularly extensive, it offered a good variety of high-quality options.
The hotel also provides secure, enclosed parking, although this comes at an additional cost.
I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The location is not ideal if you are planning to walk to the city centre, as it takes around 30 minutes to reach the cathedral on foot. However, if you have a car, the drive takes only about 5 minutes.
I could not find any Uber options during my stay, although I did not try other ride-hailing apps. Taxis are available.

La ubicación bastante alejada a unos 30 min andando del centro de Satiago. El baño se veía un poco antiguo en comparación con la habitación y las zonas comunes.

Great hotel for shorter stay
Pros:

Great hotel, rooms clean and practical. Breakfast was good. Ideal base for our holiday.
Most staff were friendly and helpful.
A little out of city but very easy walk in via train station , 10 minutes.
Air conditioning worked well.

Cons:

The standard rooms ( which we had) don't have a kettle so no easy tea or coffee, not a deal breaker but we were there 7 nights so it would have been nice .
Beds are good, pillows are pretty poor. They did affect our sleeping.
Most staff were lovely , but a couple were just rude, absolutely couldn't be bothered to serve with a smile . I think a little jaded working in hospitality.
