La única pega la cama, muy dura
Pros:

Hotel agradable y buen desayuno, estaba un poco retirado del centro pero había autobús en la puerta q pasaba cada nada y en 10min te llevaba, y además el hotel tenía parking.

Cons:

Que la cama estaba muy dura, no descansamos bien, nos dolía todo el cuerpo al despertar.

Me gustó que todo estaba limpio y en relación, calidad precio está muy bien porque queda cerca de la estación de trenes

Cons:

No tienen aire acondicionado, aunque ya no estamos en invierno y hacía mucho calor, al aparecer habia una calefaccion central encendida, y la recomendación de la recepción fue abrir las ventanas, y al ser un hotel de este nivel deberian permitir a los huespedes tener su propia potestad, de poder colocar una calefaccion o aire acondicionado a su gusto.

Habitación triple espaciosa, confortable. No está en el centro pero ya lo sabíamos cuando lo escogimos. Parking por 12 €. Personal muy amable

Delightful Hotel
Pros:

We stayed for my birthday and Hotel Santiago Plaza made it a memorable and special experience. Everything about our stay was perfect - the staff, convenient location near the bus station, cleanliness and comfort of the room, and the abundant breakfast the next morning. I slept so well there, wish we could have stayed longer!

Embora não tenha ficado próximo ao centro histórico, a locomoção foi fácil com táxi, era perto de um super centro comercial, aonde podíamos ir a pé para almoçar e tomar um café à tarde. Saída fácil para vários lugares.

Cons:

Embora fosse confortável, falta uma ducha íntima ou um bidê.
Outra coisa, é o cardápio para lanches ou refeição muito pobre de opções, muito restrito.

Great value in a nice hotel with helpful staff and accessible location.
Pros:

Very helpful staff, nice rooms and good restaurant/breakfast on site. Only 7euro in taxi to cathedral. Department store 100m away conveniently. Parking onsite.

Cons:

You could walk to town but 20-30 mins and hilly. App for electric car charging did not work for us as non EU. Not a well rated App or convenient as plug and tap.
