The breakfast was wonderful. Loved everything. The only thing that needs improvement is that, due to the humidity of Barcelona, the pillow was wet every night.

Excellent staff that are helpful, friendly and courteous. Great restaurant. Wonderful location close to El Corté Ingles and Intermodal bus station.

Pros:

El servicio. Rapidez, agilidad, al grano.
El desayuno. Muy bueno.
El personal. Hay cultura de excelencia de Cliente pero sin tontería innecesaria.

Cons:

La habitación tiene baja temperatura cuando llegas. No es propio de esta categoría de hotel.
