Pretty great! Might have to advocate for a clean room.
Pros:

I liked how close the hotel was to the airport, and how short my drives usually were from most attractions and things to do. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed using the pool and spa! My go-to hotel from now on.

Cons:

I stayed at the Holiday Inn from Sunday, March 29th, to Sunday, April 5th. Not once was my room cleaned. I had three bags full of trash, my bed was never made, and I never got fresh towels.

Pros:

It was very clean and spacious. When we checked in we were greeted with the nicest woman! Claudia is AWESOME! Loved her smile and sense of humor!

The room had cockroaches, ceiling above bathtub was moldy and deterioted, microwave was very dirty, carpet stained, pool area was not very clean and did not have towels. Breakfast was good.

Over all enjoy it normally however I experienced cockroaches in my room this stay and was not happy about this problem!!

I used to love it there!

Cons:

My card was overcharged and speaking to anyone that could give answers was impossible. They said I would have to fight extra charges with my bank but could not explain why they were there to begin with. My card was charged with 2 charges above what my room cost was.

Cuando entramos a la recepción me encanto el ambiente se miraba muy elegante y limpio muy moderno

Cons:

El aromatizante olía muy bien pero era algo exagerado para mi, el cuarto no estaba tan limpio había cabellos en el baño Y con olor a pipi , el área del microondas manchado, el área de la alberca muy empolvado anexare fotos y la persona que atiende el buffet de almuerzo era muy ruda algo intimidante me incomodó , el precio del cuarto es alto y lo escogimos por calidad y limpieza y no fue asi

Cons:

The breakfast was too expensive. My 10 year old great granddaughter wanted just a bowl of cereal for breakfast. The cost of that ONE small bowl of cereal was $10.00! There was absolutely no effort made by the front desk personnel to offer an adjustment in price for cereal. $10 is a crazy amount to charge for a bowl of cereal !!

I'm sure we'll be back...
Pros:

We love the location and usually stay here when we visit Albuquerque... Staff is great and has always been extremely friendly!!

Cons:

This is the only time we haven't had a great experience... First, out daughter bought a microwave lasagna ($4!) when we got to the room and she warned it, it was brown rather than red sauce... Second, our bathroom floor had looked like chile seeds and the shells from sunflower seeds and lots of hair... Finally, our bathtub 🛁 and bathroom sink had a super super slooooooow drain.... We notified the worker at the front desk when we left and she called maintenance immediately so you know they care about the rooms they rent out!! She was extremely friendly!!! I'm sure we'll be back because this is the only time our visit here wasn't great....
