Wish the staff and pool was nicer.
Pros:

The room was nice, the breakfast was good, the lady that was restocking the breakfast was really nice, the front desk person that checked us in was nice, cleaning service was good.

Cons:

The day staff at the desk. They were not very friendly, especially the older lady that was there. We also had to get new keys every day that we were there because our keys did not work and THEY acted like it was an inconvenience to them that our keys didn't work. The pool was really dirty.

They definitely need to get the places finished and cleaned up.

It was under renovation and the hotel was a mess, no curtains and things everywhere.

Disappointed because it was very cold and we were expecting a hot tub

It was renovated, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

As a hot tub on Booking.com and the staff said there hasn’t been a hot tub in years and that was the only reason I chose that hotel there was renovations going on at the time we stayed. Seems like false advertising about the hot tub so that was annoying. I could’ve chosen a lesser expensive hotel that was closer to the location we needed for business. Disappointed in Booking.com that they didn’t know there was not a hot tub there.
