The staff was friendly and accommodating.
I'm not sure who made the decision to purchase the bathroom sink as it sat on top of the counter. I am 5' tall and for me to reach the faucet it was necessary for me to stand on my toes and lift my shoulders high. If I wanted to cup my hands to fill with water to splash my face...not possible!! We appreciated the low step into the shower, however the "non-slip" floor was still quite slippery. Additionally, the shower curtain barely rested inside the low step and, if touched while showering, moved outside the step and the water went all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast...a joke! Both Saturday and Sunday mornings, April 11 & 12 at 9:00 am (breakfast is until 10 am weekends), the sausage links were already gone..never to be replenished. The coffee machine...really, no brewed coffee? We all know that was instant. People standing in line for the 2 waffle makers; they were the only item worth eating. If you wanted butter on them, go to the end of the line where the refrigerator was. Saturday there was a bowl containing slices of butter with the paper still attached; Sunday it was the whole stick of butter, wrapper opened with a plastic knife laying on it. Really...the waffles aren't hot enough to melt that, especially when you need to wait in line from the waffle maker to the fridge. Then there's the donuts, definitely prepackaged convenience store donuts. What a shame you couldn't provide bakery donuts, even if from a local grocery bakery. Choice Hotel commercials look so much better than this!

great facility. Will come again.
Pulling out onto 202N and having to cross a busy turn lane to immediately get into a busy travel lane. A/C was on pretty cold in dining area.

Room was a bit dated
The room was clean and had plenty of towels.
I booked a room with a big tub and didn’t get it, which was confusing. Also, the people beneath us were yelling, fighting, and slamming doors around 1-2am.
Better than I expected. The room was huge. Two different areas and the bathroom was bigger than expected
The highway getting in and out of the hotel
This , the scaff was very courteous and helpful
being on the 5th level
Very nice staff.
HVAC! AC was set too low and the time it took to cool the Suite was almost intolerable. Couldn't sit in the living room because it was so hot! AC unit was in bedroom, SO I HAD TO EAT DINNER SITTING ON THE BED! UGH!
The only thing that was a positive about the property was the location
I booked a suite that said it was two queen beds and a pull out sofa. Suite only had 1 queen bed and disgusting old sleeper sofa. Changed to a double queen room, which was okay. But overall the property is old and smells like mildew. Price was way too much for the value of this place.
This was my second stay and both times were difficult. In the first instance I left $250 worth of clothes in room and manager said he would mail them but he never did. When I stopped at property they said they had no lost and found.
The second stay I informed manager on check-in that I could not stay the 4th night. He said clearly it was up to Expedia. Expedia called him and we’re told he would refund 4th night. It is in the hotel notes. Expedia was great in response and advocating for partial refund. The manager was in fact responsible for giving permission for refund. He refused. I have family in that area. I visit 6-10 times annually. Often other family will stay at same hotel as me. NO MORE. TWICE IS NOT A RAMDOM MISFORTUNE. ITS A DESPICABLE PATTERN of poor service. I would never recommend this low quality hotel.
