Categories

Cleanliness
7.8
Mostly praised as very clean at multiple points in the reviews, though one stay reported mildew, dampness and moist furniture on the 3rd floor which lowers the score slightly.
Service
8.6
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and receptive (front desk and attendants), with several positive service comments across reviews.
Location
7.6
Generally convenient for restaurants and local shopping and easy to get to, but criticized for poor public-transport connections, being hard to see/behind another building, and surroundings/eyesore in front.
Room Quality
8.1
Rooms and suites frequently described as comfortable and clean with comfy beds and good suite layouts; however at least one report of a damp/musty room reduces the score slightly.
Amenities
6.2
Several complaints about housekeeping not being done daily unless requested, lack of functioning AC in common areas, construction and parking-lot issues, and some on-site ambiguity about staffing.
Value for Money
6.4
Mixed signals: one reviewer explicitly called weekend pricing 'gouged' for the quality received, while another called it 'ótimo custo benefício' (great value), producing a below-average score.
Food and Beverage
6.8
Breakfast received mixed reviews — several guests found it poor (cold, understaffed, slow to restock pancakes, eggs not to taste) while some others described breakfast as excellent.
Overall Experience
9.3
Despite specific negatives (breakfast, some amenities, isolated mildew/damp report), the majority of reviews emphasize friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a convenient location for dining, resulting in a generally very positive overall impression.

Ehhhh the stay was so so would I return more than likely not
Pros:

It was relatively close to restaurants andocal shopping

Cons:

They do not clean your rooms daily unless you request it…there wasn’t tissue stocked in the room and when I requested for towels I waited an hour and had to ask again to finally get them…the staff that was attending to breakfast was slow and had to be told to stock more pancake batter instead of being attentive…also another worker I believe either lives on site or was staying there at the time and walking around in pajamas and it was hard to perceive whether she was actually working or not….the prices for this weekend were gouged to an extreme amount for the quality of the hotel and what is provided by the staff

Good hotel. Bad location for public transport
Pros:

The staff was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There's just nothing around it. And if you're trying to get public transport from there to more Central Philly, it's going to be a 2-hour bus ride

Pros:

There was not much I liked about this hotel. There was no working air conditioning in the lobby or hallways. The entire 3rd floor smelled like mildew. My room was so damp that the furniture was all moist when we arrived. The entire outside is under construction and the parking lot was filled with trash.
