Price was a bit high for the room

Mattress is too soft . Noise from room next door
The hotel needs an update. But besides that, one of the beds in our room was soiled and just covered with the blanket. That should never happen in a hotel with a HIE name. I received a $75 credit. Should have been a full credit but at least they addressed the issue.

No complaints
The staff is nice , check in and out was fast, the breakfast was great, lots of choices and we'll stocked and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and nice. Beds were comfy.
I wouldn't say that I didn't like anything except how much prices have gone up since I stayed 10 years ago, but I'm a penny pincher. In this day and age, it's probably a good value.
The only thing I didn't like was the headboard light didn't have a turn-off switch that I could find.
