Practcal but poor service

There was already a custommer in tje room when I cjhecked in.
The. Water would not stop after I took shower
The lift was under repair when I checked out
No one at reception to talk abouy water running in room but had to go as rudhing to shittle

Great for a short stay
Pros:

Friendly efficient staff, check in was really quick despite the large number of people coming off the airport shuttle, room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Perfect for an overnight staff after a late flight. The shuttle comes every half an hour and is only 5 minutes from the hotel. The size of the room was great for two people.

Cons:

The airport shuttle costs £4 per person which feels a bit steep for a 5 minute drive. The breakfast wasnt great, the eggs were really dry, fruit juice was not fruit and there wasnt a huge amount of choice. The room was looking a bit tired.

Pros:

Struttura imbarazzante,vecchia e trascurata,molto sporca e piena di problemi. La nostra stanza aveva il pavimento in evidente dislivello,pendeva tutto da un lato,letto compreso. Moquette indescrivibile, così come i muri e i pochi arredi della stanza. Nel bagno il rubinetto dell’acqua fredda del lavandino non funzionava,segnalato allo staff che cercava di mediare col proprietario totalmente indifferente e assente. Asciugamani vecchi e logori,incredibilmente le lenzuola invece erano pulite e anche parte del bagno (non tutto!).
Anche nelle scale sporcizia e puzza.
Date le premesse,abbiamo evitato il pub interno.
Scomoda anche la posizione rispetto al south West coast path, sicuramente costosissima per quello che offre.
Per fortuna abbiamo fatto solo una notte.
Incredibile che sia ancora su booking.

Pros:

Everything was perfect, the staff where lovely and so accommodating. The food was great and the rooms were comfortable. The airport shuttle bus was extremely easy to get and staying at the hotel made the whole trip so much easier when flying from Stansted in the early hours.

Very ecpensive crap.
Pros:

I was told i could park outside the hotel only to recieve a parking ticket foe 100 pounds.
