Run down motel with a holiday inn sign in front
Pros:

It’s close to other areas of interest and restaurants. Kind of off the beaten path but close enough to be relevant. Definitely not close to SeaWorld like they advertised

Cons:

Room was not cleaned when I arrived. Had a towel left in the bathroom from previous room guest with curly hair on it. Ac leaked all over the floor and didn’t have a sofa… when have you ever heard of a king room with a sofa? Drains in the restroom didn’t drain and filled the sinks and tubs until about 10 minutes later. Contacted the front desk and they did absolutely nothing but put some towels down and tell me to move rooms after we had already unpacked everything and were leaving for a family event and didn’t return till much later that evening…. So yall didn’t have a clean room and now I have to inconvenience my family in the middle of the night. Absolutely disgusting rooms, food was served cold which is a health code violation in itself.

Well balanced environment and friendly service. Loved my stay !
Pros:

I loved the service at the front desk , genuinely cared for our opinion and concerns. This made my stay very comforting and enjoyable. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was delicious and well prepared/organized. Not too over crowded or loud. Very well balanced I must say ! Definitely coming back to this holiday inn for my stay.

Cons:

I noticed the people sneezing and watery eyes due to the high amount of chlorine. There isn’t enough sitting areas or benches to place your items. But great environment over all.

I would definitely stay here again because the staff was amazingly friendly, the hotel was clean and did everything poss
Pros:

I appreciated the cleanliness, the attention from the staff, the closeness to the expressway.

Cons:

The only reason it didn’t receive a 10 was because we loved the availability to the pool and spa, but it was dangerously slippery walking on the tile. I was nervous of falling every time my nephew or I slipped because of the slickness.

Rude staff at check in. Not accommodating and stinky room with no working elevator.

Breakfast and location were good.

Cons:

We had a late check in and arrived at 11:30pm. We had 8 people including a baby. The elevator did not work. I had to ask again for rooms side by side. We were placed on the 4th floor and not side by side. The check in lady was rude and not accommodating. If it was not so late in the evening, I would have moved hotels. One of our rooms stunk like mold. The floor around the air conditioner was soaking wet. Again too late for me to argue about it last night.
