The location of the hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean and there was a grasshopper in the room. I had my two year old so I did not like that. The front desk guy was a bit rude.

Cons:

The value of what you pay isn't worth the stay. Many renovations need to be done from the elevator to the room. Elevator makes noise and jerks going from one floor to the next. Breakfast was cold. A suite it's a regular room so don't waste your money. They are not like other Holiday Inn Suites. No sheets in room for pull out bed which are normally in the closet. No luggage rack.
