Lot to do in the area
The weekend we were there we had a wedding party next door and no hot water for showers
Staff was extremely friendly. Front desk ladies were amazing. Location was also great, located near lots of restaurants and places to go.
Was a bummer the waterpark was closed on weekdays. You have to pay for breakfast. The people upstairs were extremely loud as well, sounded like they were throwing furniture.
It was cheaper and had water park which is only open Thursdays thru Sat. Half day Sunday which fine and arcade.
Every morning by 7am no hot water for shower. It took about 1 hour for them to fix the issue but the next morning same issue had to use my friends apt shower.
Mattress need to rotated. One side is depressed.
Very spacious room. It was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the sitting area.
I thought breakfast was overpriced. That was a disappointment for me. And others in my group did have breakfast, but it looked like what most hotels offer as included.
Very Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, fun spaces!! Waterpark was Fun!

The room was way to small for a suite/ price. Vents ceilings were filthy. I had to move furniture to the bedroom so I could move around only 1 person.

The food. Breakfast buffet and dinner. Both were not good.
Rooms were clean and all staff was kind ... Can't stress how nice the staff were
The constant smell of weed. I do not care people use, but when I feel like my children are exposed its annoying. Also the kids running up and down the hall was slightly annoying. Not the hotels fault, but both times we stayed it was like that.
We liked the breakfast,dining area, the bar area to watch sports.
There was an event at the Rockwood restaurant next-door and no parking to be found until 9 PM. We had to come at nine just to find a parking spot in the parking lot. Also, the restaurant at the hotel happened to be closed down that night so we couldn’t get dinner at the restaurant and had to go elsewhere. assuming these are not normal occurrences
