The extra bedding for the hide a bed ( blanket was dirty ) took to front desk and got a clean one. Mattress protector on one of the beds was urine stained but didn’t notice it until we were leaving ( I always strip the bedding off the beds for the house keeper) and mattress look like they have seen their time ( need replacement)only three carts available for luggage and only the front lobby door is terrain is flat, all other exits had steps so if you parked on the sides you had a ways to push the cart.

As a paying guest of the hotel, we had no where to sit while at the water park. No good place to put our stuff, people were piling their things in front of the emergency exits because of the lack of space. I also dont appreciate the "big" kids running crazy on the side meant for littles.

Needs some updating at the waterpark and more seating would be nice for around the pool. Less or smaller tables?

Why the lower score… Hotel needs a major face lift. For the price we paid for one night I expected the rooms to be updated. The bathroom needs some help. The beds were way too firm( get pillow top mattress) and the pillows were awful. We didn’t get a good sleep due to the over stuffed pillows and firm/hard mattress. I do have to say the hotel was clean. It’s a busy place and a great location so do some remodeling and Wow your guests.

One of the waterslides was broken. Can’t really help that I suppose but it was a bummer.
The restaurant was HORRIBLE. Kept telling us 20mins, then after 30, telling us 20 more mins. That would come and go as well. We ended up canceling our order and sending my husband out to get food. Heard from another mom they did the same to her.

Over capacity in The water park

We were on the first floor in a suite and could hear every footstep above us. It was so loud and the people upstairs were up late. There was also random drilling early in the morning that woke us all up.

The staff in the waterpark were with rude the days we were there.

The floor of my room was just a bit dirty in certain areas, but everything else was pretty clean.

The hot tub was not really hot at all, and my kids couldn't use it. My toddler only lasted an hour at a time in the pool bc he would get cold, which meant either mom or dad had to go back to the room with him and the other parent stayed with our other 2 kids. Very annoying considering we came as a family vacation. We usually choose a waterpark where kids can go in the hot tub and my toddler will hang out in there by me to warm up then go back to pool.

The slides - people would literally hold on to the individual tubes (which is what you needed if you were a solo rider or if you going down the first one of the slides) I would see people eating at their tables with these tubes under them so no one could get them. A lot of times, my kids would wait for 2 hours before getting a tube to be able to go down those slides. I would say a better way is that after someone goes down the slide, they have to give up their tube and wait in line for another one to make it more fair. That part was really annoying. and it was gross, I would see full blown adults going down this slide repeatedly as I watch my 2 kids wait patiently for someone to give up their tubes.

My room was decent. Although around the bed we found a baby toy and old sock, so that made me question just how clean it actually was.

The room was dirty, the remote wouldn’t work to turn the tv on. We couldn’t get WIFI to work even after contacting the front desk they said try tomorrow - but we left that morning.

Nothing
