Pros:

Bed are comfortable. Breakfast is great.

Cons:

Staff was half hearted at best. My last night there, a man came into my room, my locked room. When I went to the front desk at 2am, the guy was there. I told the front desk guy he had come into my room. The desk clerk told me no big deal he's drunk I'm taking care of it. Unacceptable!

Cons:

Front desk staff rude. Breakfast staff didn’t speak English. Had to ask for wash clothes. Didn’t refill coffee in room.needed handicap room we got it but it had a bath tub, we needed a walk in shower.

Pros:

The breakfast was a good value for the total price, and part of the reason why I booked this hotel. The room was clean and at least one of the check-in staff members was friendly. They already expected my arrival.

Cons:

The desk lamp didn't have a wire attached to it, making it unusable. I also found that the lamp lights in the room were harsh and didn't provide good light for reading and/or writing, which I needed to do.

we did not stay after checking out two rooms which were both unacceptably unkempt.
Pros:

The first room we checked into smelled like an ashtray. The second room that they tried to check us into smelled like my high school running shoes. We did not stay at the property it was so bad.

nice stay but managers could be a little more accommodating to multi night stay,HONORS members...
Pros:

i loved that marylou's coffee and the showcase cinema were literally a few yards away(not that the hotel put those businesses there though lol)

Cons:

i know i booked with a 3rd party but i stayed 4nights and im an honors member.. when my travel plans got complicated last min and i needed to extend they should've worked with me on the price instead of stressing me out to the point i cried because i was worried id be stuck outside with my dog in 100degree weather because i couldn't afford to extend one night and wanted me to pay a SECOND 150$ deposit also they charged me the 150$ at the beginning when its supposed to be JUST A HOLD... causing my financial situation to be even more stressful they easily could've worked something out with me for one night... also the dolleys didnt work well... they had plenty of area to add more grass and make outdoor seating/patio area.. also they didn't allow anyone's key to open the back door which is really inconvenient and they didn't keep up with doggy baggies for customers pets.. which would lead to shit in the already small patches of grass

Could have done better
Pros:

It's location was a plus for us. Housekeeping was apologetic and rectified our problems quickly.

Cons:

Shampoo was empty, blow drier in roon was broken. No decaf coffee. The morning desk staff seemed annoyed by these issues. TV was very small.

Nice room, awful service
Pros:

Comfortable bed, large room, comfy lounge chair and fresh ground coffee in the main lobby.

Cons:

No decaf option at breakfast,( nor decaf replacement in room) no gluten free options except for dry eggs and no yogurt. Housekeeping picked up used towels at 10:30am and did not replace them until 4:30pm, when they came to clean the room( which would have been okay if I were told it was going to be that late and would have kept 1 towel in the room to dry my hands instead of using napkins I brought from home). Checking out, the girl at the desk couldn't find my name and said they had a different person in the room and after repeatedly stating I was there, she finally found me in the system.
