Fine for a night, if you don't need to stay long. Get in, sleep well, and get out.

I liked the bed, and the staff tried to be helpful

Cons:

There were no lightbulbs in the night bed lamps, in fact the electrical fixtures were removed. So, no bed reading, and when I asked for bulbs, it was a couple hours and a couple promptings before they came to only find there was no where to screw the bulbs in. Bizarre.
And the TV only played HBO on whatever show was being screened at the time. No choices for channels or other shows.

Changed rooms twice, no hot water didnt even stay the night. We ended up going somewhere else

Pros:

The breakfast offering was perfect because it included protein options like meat and eggs. The bed was very comfortable providing a great night sleep.

Cons:

The room temperature upon arrival was a little chilly but we were able to quickly adjust the heat to our liking.

A lady across the room from us on third floor smoking cigarettes and weed with a dog and so much company over really loud slamming doors in and out I’m just pregnant almost due and was there for a week just didn’t like that part other than everything else was fine

Pros:

All of the staff that we met were very accommodating and made us feel welcomed. Sunday was a very challenging day, heading to our hotel room after driving through a snow storm. So, having a nice, clean and warm room ended the day on a very positive note. Also, dealing with accommodating managers like Kat is always great.

We had a wonderful stay and will make arrangements to stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious! The fact that the facility was very handicapped accessible was wonderful. I am very grateful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bedding felt damp, I’m guessing from the ac unit but it was a little uncomfortable. The lobby sitting area was a bit dirty. Bugs and cobwebs everywhere, a dirty tissue on the floor that was never picked up from the time I checked in until the time I checked out.
