The only thing I didn’t like was the view to the terrace which wasn’t even clean, basically I had no view

The hotel was in good shape and the staff worked very hard to satisfied my needs.
The following issues were experienced during my stay:
1.) I requested an "Accessible" room because of a hurt knee. Getting into the bed was a challenge because the height of the bed was almost 3 1/2 to 4 ft high, The Manager indicated when I make a reservation I should request a room with a lower bed.
2.) The reception on the TV on the morning was terrible. Picture would freeze and the sound faded in and out. Management located another room where the TV reception was ok. The whole process took over 4 hours.
3.) The self closing toilet seat malfunctioned where the lid crashed down on my hand when the seat was lowered.

When we took a shower the fire alarm went off every day. Pool area needs updating. Beds are very comfortable and room clean

There were homeless on the property which made this unsafe and dirty. Papers, beer bottles, broken glass, homeless sleeping on the property and a dirty bra near the doors outside.

The hotel itself was very clean, quiet and had a good breakfast. The check in staff was very friendly and professional but all the staff I encountered for the 6 days following couldn't look up from their phones to say hello.

Pros:

My room and the hallway had an odor like smoking or something. It was not that nice. Desk staff were never at the desk when I walked by several times each day. The food scanning station should be explained to each guest at check in. Outermost sliding doors were not working properly.
