Overall, our stay was okay

Cons:

but there were a few aspects that could be improved.
We were assigned a room on a lower (basement-level) floor, which was quite cold during our stay. Unfortunately, the blankets provided were rather thin, so it was difficult to stay warm and fully comfortable.
In addition, the breakfast selection was somewhat limited.
We believe that with some improvements in these areas, the overall guest experience could be much better.

Not great value for money
Pros:

Location was nice and quiet. The family room was ok, everything was clean.

Cons:

AC didn’t work, the room was very warm. Breakfast was cold and selection wasn’t great. No free water or coffee in the room. Overall very average and not great value for your money.
