Pros:

There were only plugs on one side of the room. A mirror with a broken hair dryer and no plug to use my own hair dryer or straighteners.

Pros:

Everything was good (including check in, staff, buffet breakfast, room etc). However, major issue for the few days we were there was break down of sole lift for property. All guests with luggage will be a bit annoyed. I know it's not properly fault but having either another lift or paying more to urgently repair(we were told repair man didn't come on day it broke down). Was still broken two days later when we checked out

Pros:

I booked ghis hotel cause,i suppouse to be cheaper than stay in edinburg, but i was worst,no uber from the hotel, only taxis and ghe taxis were really teally expensive minimun £55 each way😫😫😩😩😩horrible!!
So ? In the end what a save for the hotel in edinburg o spent it in taxis😩😩 but well in my case cause i was a family of 4 with small kids!!
Anyways beside this the bed are ok BUT the sofa BED is HORRIBLE UNCOMFORTABLE horrible horrible,so if you book 1 bed and a sofa bed, remember only you will sleep well on the bed!
👍

Room unsuitable for a family of 4
Pros:

The room size was inadequate for a family of 4.
the fold out sofa bed was definitely not suitable for a 10 and 12 year old to share, which resulted in 2 poor nights sleep for the whole family.
Having no air conditioning was also an issue with having 4 people in such a small room, very hot and uncomfortable overall.

A night of painful sleep
Pros:

I was staying with my 2 11 year old granddaughters in a room with a double bed and a sofa bed.
Beds made up, room looked clean and well presented.
I lay down on the sofa bed to discover that it was broken and sagging badly at the top.
Given the time I took the mattress off to sleep on the floor.
The mattress from the sofa bed was also in a very poor state of repair with springs causing immense discomfort.
I called to reception to inform them of this, with solution offered I asked for a double duvet to fold over and lie on.
The worst night sleep ever!
Not what I expect from Holiday Inn or Ibis!

Pros:

The room was a decent size compared to other properties I have stayed at. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast is basic however it was well cooked. Some haggis at breakfast would have been lovely.
The reception/bar area is a nice place to chill and have a drink. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Good hotel but bed too small
Pros:

Hotel clean with friendly staff. The double bed seemed very small compared to most hotels king size beds. Good location.
