Good place. Event pricing is ridiculous.
Pros:

It was a pretty nice and comfortable room. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

It was super expensive for 1 night. Raising prices that much because there's a festival is outrageous. Double the normal price would have been way less than what I had to pay.
