Pros:

The hotel and room was clean. Made it to breakfast around 7:45 and there was something for everyone. Plenty of food. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I will stay there again the next time I go to visit my aunt.

Cons:

The extra sink did not work. Pull out couch was uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. Maybe a mattress topper would help with that.

Comfortable with a good breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast and location were good.

Cons:

The hair dryer in the room did not work, but that was a minor blip. Overall, the property seemed to be having some issues with moisture, but the staff were accommodating and doing a good job of managing that.

Maintenance on rooms needs up keep

Room felt damp and stuffy. Didn't smell clean. The bed was very uncomfortable with very thin top sheet and covers so with the AC on you were cold with it low or off it was stuffy and the smell was intensified. Breakfast lasted 30 minutes some days starting at 6:30 am. They tend to cater that to workers who stay there often, not other guests. They ran out if bath cloths which is weird. I Will not recommend or stay again.

Pros:

Everyone was very friendly. The room was clean. It was a good location. Close to every where we needed to go. We were able to get a 1st floor room. That was wonderful. I'm unable to climb stairs. We will definitely stay at this QI again.

Checking in was very rude , the dryer shorted out on us, the refrigerator freezer in the refrigerator was caked with ice, there was an envelope left for the housekeeper like we were supposed to tip her ??

Nice staff. Ok breakfast.

Cons:

The room smelled like mildew. The carpet was wet. The pullout sofa was old and stained yellow. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Pros:

I think I already did a review, everything was better than I expected. But as the Review stated there wasn't a shower curtain so had to be careful of getting the floor wet. I elected on no room service and cleaned the bathroom myself. Met Room Service daily for towels and yes enjoyed the breakfast and computer room.. was there for 4 nights and 5 days. Came to visit my BESTIE and she stayed with for the last 2 nights.

Cons:

I know nothing can be done about the location BUT thos place would have e been nice if wasn't directly on the HIGHWAY, IF you aren't familiar with the area it is tricky getting in the parking lot. And off the freeway would give move freedom of movement. IJS this was the recommendation but found out there was another Hotel a little further down and off the Highway. And as many times as I have been to Alex City had never seen that one either. I enjoyed the room and my son was excited above the breakfast samples. We drove around and visited various people and got away to a couple restaurants and the movies further down the road.

Cons:

They answered the phone immediately and had availability for us to book an additional night before we arrived. Unfortunately, after we arrived and started heading to our room, the smell of marijuana was so strong. We put our bags in the room then left to grab dinner, when we got back, it still smelled the same. We had kids with us so we grabbed our bags and asked for a refund. The refund was issued with hardly any questions asked.

The hotel seems to be great from the appearance of things, the downfall is not having an elevator.
Pros:

I paid for this facility, but because of my disability, I couldn't climb the stairs to get to my room. This hotel isn't handicapped accessible. The manager agreed to a full refund bc of the 201.00 inconvenience. This happened on July 3, 2026, and the manager told me that my refund was processed and that Booking.com should release it back to my account. Booking.com will not give my money back, although they told me it was up to the manager. The hotel manager did his part, but Booking.com is a scam. I will never book through Booking.com. They do not believe in good customer service, and it's all about the money. This should have been an easy case to resolve, but now it's gone to where I'm going to hire a lawyer. It's not about the money but the principle of the matter. You don't do people like this. I had to drive almost an hour to the next town to find lodging, and then I had to pay another $300 to that hotel. This trip was a nightmare.

Cons:

They didn't have an elevator. I can't climb stairs do to medical situation.
