Pros:

Friendly, welcoming staff. Free parking

Cons:

One of the hotel cards in our room hadnt been changed. Had some Information on it from the previous person that stayed in the room.
Didn't like there were no plug sockets near the bed.
No toilet brush in the bathroom.

Friendly, safe, clean, happy - would definatelly stay again!
Pros:

The staff were really nice, welcoming and helpful. They let us check in early, they also helped us with directions and booking ubers. They also gave me a first aid kit when i fell over. The beds were really comfy. The parking was free. We felt pretty safe, the doors had double locks and there was staff in the reception 24/7. The room had 3 mirrors which was good as we traveled as a group of friends so we needed this to get ready. Over all really good, i would recommend.

Cons:

There was only 2 plugs in the whole room which didn't fit our needs. There were chargers on the lamps but only 1 of them worked. The air con was weak, it didn't move downwards and was in an awkward position so it didn't even reach us. The shower head didn't stay up and on the second night we stayed the water pressure was pretty weak. But these are not big deals it was overall really good.

Very good hotel overall. Just a shame about the sofa bed issue
Pros:

Great free parking, hotel easy to find, good facilities, lovely front of house staff, great air con and comfortable main bed

Cons:

Sofa bed was not made up when we arrived and we asked for this to be done but when we came back to hotel after our night out, it was still not made up, which was very disappointing. When we then asked for bedding for the sofa bed we were just given 2 sheets and a pillow and so our daughter was very cold (thanks to the very efficient air con). Katie was excellent on our departure and understood and acknowledged our disappointment - thank you

walking distance to manchester and salford uni which was purpose of our stay
Pros:

excellent breakfast with good labellign of foods and separate area for gluten free , bed comfortable with 2 pillows

Cons:

plug sockets!! there was only 1 socket in far corner of room, not accessbile from beds, had to move kettle etc to plug in, no milk on coffee/ tea tray

perfectly good for an overnight stay- location was good for my needs
Pros:

good room - comfy bed. basic tea tray- maybe a few biscuits

Cons:

confusion over breakfast - expensive to add on and told 2 different prices. quite pricey for room and no breakfast
