Nich 100%ig perfekt, würde aber trotzdem auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Tolle Lage, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Restaurant, gutes britisches Frühstück

Cons:

Die Teppichböden könnten mal erneuert werden (sehr fleckig), Klospülung blieb manchmal hängen, dass das Wasser immer weiter lief

Not happy about the beds as I had booked because there was two single beds .

Pros:

Room was nice and had good heating controls. The mattress was a little hard for me. No plug sockets near the bed or kettle. The room needed a few little upgrades but were minor. The room was clean.

More plug sockets are near the bed would have been useful.

Dinner food that was available (some choices not available) was very poor.

Let down by the breakfast.

Cons:

The hot breakfast, 90% of the food was all empty 1 hour before they closed. We had to ask if any hot breakfast items were coming out.
No bacon, tomatoes, scrambled egg, hash browns and mushrooms on the buffet for 15 minutes.
Only 1 coffee machine working, 6 people in a queue for 1 coffee.

Ok for the one night
Pros:

Good location with free parking, staff pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Room was very "tired", paint peeling off the ceiling in areas, the bathroom a bit grubby (stained grouting), carpets stained / marked throughout, TV signal intermittent - couldn't watch.
