Great rooms, Great Breakfast. Free parking. Great Staff.
Pros:

Proximity to where we were. Free parking. Reasonably priced to have full English Breakfast included.

Cons:

BAthroom floor was not that clean, Also the radiator in the bathroom wasn't working as the plug had been cut off so this was disappointing as it was chilly in there.

Also, I left a pair of trousers in the Wardrobe, I am 100% sure I left them behind but they have not been located!!! I phoned the next day and was told this but I have also put in a request on line and still have not heard back after 5 days!! I am not hopeful so this has left a poor impression

Didn't expect the rude behaviour.
Cons:

Morning staff was rude and didnt arrange cleaning of room. No one asked or visited room for cleaning. Wehn I requested, they said time has passed for cleaning.

Clean, nice room and good breakfast. Shame about some guests.
Pros:

Spacious, clean, comfortable room and very good breakfast.

Cons:

Children from what looked like immigrant families running around uncontrolled and messing with breakfast foods and machines yet staff did nothing to prevent it. No words with uninterested parents, nothing.

Very Poor
Pros:

The male receptionist at night when we arrived was really friendly and took our luggage upstairs.

Cons:

Shower was not fitting, rooms too small, not clean floors, windows could not be opened and humid trapped in the room. Lift wasn’t working. While I was on virtual meeting, manager came and turned tv on although no one was using the TV without communicating with me.
