Good overnight stopover.
Pros:

Breakfast provided a good selection, overlooking the terrace. Bedroom was well appointed and airport shuttle service efficient. Comfortable foyer seating as well as pool side if you had time to kill. Staff friendly.

Cons:

City and metro/tram map would have been helpful at reception, public transport into Toulouse seemed protracted.

Pros:

Propreté, literie, amabilité des personnes, calme des lieux, petit déjeuner super, navette aéroport gratuite et disponible sur appel

Cons:

Seul petit détail : le prix du parking voiture qui augmente chaque année ( il faut reconnaître que c est encore loin d être excessif quand même).

Pros:

Későn értünk a repülővel Toulouse-ba és már nem akartunk tovább utazni, ezért szálltunk meg és esett a választásunk erre a hotelre. Teljesen egyszerű, nagyszerű, kényelmes szoba volt, szuper fürdőszobával. A reggeli is klassz volt, volt választék bőven. Sok időt nem voltunk itt, de amit itt töltöttünk, az kellemes és kényelmes volt.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming; it provided an ideal stopover.
Pros:

Location was perfect after arriving on a late evening flight; we were able to phone the Holiday Inn Express who then provided a complimentary shuttle from Airport to Hotel; which was great. Breakfast was available over a long time span and there was a very varied selection of food and drinks available.

Better options for airport access available
Pros:

Breakfast was good with several choices. Access to the airport was easy.

Cons:

Flight was delayed and late so shuttle was not available (main reason for selecting the hotel). Thus, needed a 10 minute cab ride. Error in key slips since it could be used for two rooms. Good thing I felt safe even if I had the wrong room.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good.

Cons:

Pillows were not soft, in fact very thick and hard. Made a good night's sleep difficult.

Good place to stay before your flight or after late arrival; several advertised services not availab

Cons:

BAD WiFi in our room; kept dropping our connection - had to go out t o lobby to reconnect, then back to the room, where the connection got dropped again after a few minutes.

Un endroit à recommander.
Pros:

Un bon petit déjeuner très varié. Le personnel était présent en tout temps pour rapporter les aliments manquants. Le restaurant était grand et invitant. Le service de navette est rapide. Le personnel était aimable, souriant et prêt à nous aider en tout temps. L’emplacement est intéressant parce qu’il y a des restaurants et un centre commercial qu’on peut faire à pieds.

a pleasant surprise and most welcome after some not so good hotel choices.
Pros:

the staff were extremely helpful friendly and courteous. any request was dealt with quickly. the hotel was very close to the airport and the shuttle bus was offered (and accepted) the rooms were very nice. the beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from, including hot omlettes, bacon and sausage if you wanted them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them in the future.
