I complained that the shower in my room was draining extremely slow. They said someone would take care of it which they never did

The breakfast buffet was very nice, seating areas were comfortable. Location was great for heading out to Boyne and surrounding areas.

overall a good stay and the pool was fun but we could not bring in food items, no sign.
Pros:

Great location. Comfortable.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The jet tub was amazing! I had some difficulties with my bill, but the manager was so wonderful and took care of it.

Cons:

Trouble with the Internet and the staff there didn’t seem to be able to help. Trouble getting my invoice, but as I mentioned, the manager took care of it a couple days later.
