Nice place, needs more sprucing, tub had dings, looks dated but comfy beds

Over all it was a good stay.
Pros:

It’s very nice and clean.

Cons:

You only have the two seats out front. I think hotels needs like picnic tables out around the hotel so if somebody wants to go outside and have a meal and enjoy the weather for awhile

Staff was extremely friendly answered all my questions and concerns if I needed linen staff was on it had it in 10 minut

Not the greatest
Pros:

I go back home and visit with family. The only reason I stay here is because my daughter likes to swim in the pool.
This is our 2nd stay this year here. We had to switch rooms due to the smell when we opened the door to the room knocked us on our feet. The bathroom was terrible and honestly needed to be deep cleaned. We switched rooms, not a big deal. Checked in and all was good until we came back from the pool. I left the AC unit on and when we came back to the room, it smelled like cat pee. I figured out the smell was coming from the AC unit and turned it off and cracked the window to air out the smell. We slept without an AC through the night. Next morning we got breakfast which was the only good experience we had during our stay: I told the lady up front the issues as well as maintenance. On check out, I was offered a free snack and 10% off the stay! For what this hotel costs and the location, I won’t be staying here again. Just beware when booking here. Rooms aren’t the greatest, staff is friendly.. however we won’t be staying here again.
