So dirty stained comforter and bed sheets!
Please change the housekeeper or change the bed sheets. Please.
Kids are unsafe with the dirty stained bed sheets and comforters.

The staff can't think of the lady s name in the breakfast buffet she was awesome
The area was okay but mildly depressed it is not close to downtown and most things I am interested in like nicer dining.
The property wasn’t the newest, but it was very clean. The staff was great. At breakfast Eliza made sure we were all taken care of and was so sweet! Nearly the best hotel stay on our roadtrip.

Horrible front desk staff (Katie) she is NOT educated on her job or common sense.. the kitchen and EVS staff showed GREAT hospitality and made the stay so welcoming.

The hotel is the best.
Great welcome at the front desk at check-in and check-out; and the best breakfast attendant ever! She greeted and checked each table every day...clone her and distribute her to train staff at your other locations.

We chose this property after we stayed at another property two years in a row. We unfortunately gave them the benefit of the doubt the second year, (they said they were remodeling).So we spent more money and chose this one and the same area. it was clean, the breakfast was a full breakfast (the other one was a package of three mini donuts and coffee) eggs, sausage, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, etc. . The hostess at breakfast was a delight very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.
check in was very easy, the women who checked us in was especially friendly, i believe her name was Kim.
The room was clean and comfortable, we had a queen suite. Both beds were very comfortable.
The couch in the sitting area could be updated, but was comfortable for seating.
The breakfast offered was a variety, something for everyone.
We would definitely stay again.

The beds are super high and difficult for a disabled person to get in. Suggested that they get lower beds or have step stolls with handles for disabled patrons. The staff are wonderful. It's very easy to find off the highway. The breakfast was FANTASTIC.
