كانت إقامتي مريحة بشكل عام، وأشكر فريق العمل على حسن التعامل والاهتمام طوال فترة إقامتي

كان جميع الموظفين ودودين ومتعاونين، سواء في الاستقبال أو في قسم المطبخ. وأخص بالشكر الموظف البنغالي في المطبخ، فقد كان في غاية اللطف والاهتمام، خاصة عندما تعرض طفلي للاستفراغ، حيث بادر بإحضار موزتين لمساعدته، وكان يطمئن عليه ويسأل عن حالته باستمرار. كما كانت موظفة الاستقبال متعاونة جدًا وقدمت لنا خدمة ممتازة. شكرًا لكم على حسن الاستقبال والاهتمام الإنساني

Ничего не понравилось, самая худшая гостиница, которая могла быть в Италии 😝

Самая худшая гостиница которая могла быть в Италии, начиная с персонала заканчивая с завтраком. Персонал не дружелюбный, дали заполнять множество бумаг и подписывать, самим заполнять и сразу деньги брать наперед за все, что можно взимать, на двоих в номере на несколько дней стоит одно 0,5л вода. Комната не чистая, не говорю о душевой, все в волосах. Завтрак ужасный!!! Не советую не кому посещать эту гостиницу, только как было видно приезжали группы на автобусах, думаю предлагалось выгодное предложение. Одним словом Ужасс!!!

Buena habitación de tamaño limpia y completa de todo

El frigorífico de la habitación no funcionaba asi que de tener el agua fresca nada y hacia 38 grados en la calle
