Pros:

Breakfast was good but wished it started earlier. Have to be at work 0638 am. No time to enjoy. Close to the hospital for traveling during inclement weather. Staff very friendly! Enjoyed visiting with them! 10/10.

Pros:

We went to have surgery for the next day, after checking in they informed us elevator would be out of order the day of surgery. My husband can't climb stairs so they moved us to the first floor did give us a 30.00 dollar discount because we had a smaller room. The room smelled musky tv did not work only one light worked in bathroom and floor lamp didn't work very bad lighting.

Great stay with my kid
Pros:

The host was super nice and courteous. We were there for medical appointments at Highland clinic two days in a row. I arrived and asked for early check-in. They complied. It was quiet, clean, and most importantly safe. I highly recommend.

We were treated like stupid people we had a question about checking in. Our room didn’t get cleaned because the lady couldn’t speak English and we couldn’t communicate with her. The room was dingy and the windows filthy. We won’t be staying at a Holiday Inn Express in the future

Pros:

It's a good place to stay but you don't want to leave the hotel and stand outside it's out it's located close to the notorious monkhouse I think we heard enough gunshots that made it sound like we were in a war. Also they don't tell you about the deposit until you get there and it's kind of astronomically high

Pros: service from the staff was exceptional! They greeted u everytime we entered and was friendly. Cons: property is older. Woke up to a roach in the bathroom, pool didn't look that great (so I didn't let the kids get in) and the fragrance gave me a headache.
