Pros:

We had a comfortable stay and appreciated the quick check-in and clean room. The location was convenient, less than 10 minutes from downtown Ventura. We would stay here again.

Nice but disappointing because of the shower and room service for Cleaning
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The handicap room that we had had a tub shower we needed a shower only so my husband was unable to take a shower while we were there.
Also, we had to call three or four times to get room service to clean our room and then they didn’t even bring us toilet paper

Amazing
Pros:

Location was great ! The room was cozy and comfy and a geat balcony overlooking the harbor ! Breakfast was delicious and coffe was awesome ! We most definatley will be returning.

Nice return visit
Pros:

Stayed here 10 years ago on our previous road trip and this hotel still is good.
It’s located a bit off pitch but it’s quiet.
It’s been partially refurbished to match others in the chain. New carpets, painted and remodelled bathrooms.
Beautiful outlook from the rooms over the harbour.

Nice area, kettle in room would be nice too!
Pros:

The location was lovely. Nice to hear the sea lions. Bedroom was spacious and bed was comfy.

Cons:

Breakfast was limited in choice no bread and pancake machine not working. Cakes for breakfast? No metal cutlery or china plates felt like you were camping! Did t think plastic was good for our environment. Hopefully it’s not reused 😕
