It was ok, but it’s too close to the water treatment, under normal circumstances one probably would not smell the odor c
Pros:

The breakfast was very good with lots of items to choose from.

Cons:

The place is situated not far from the water treatment plant, and I arrived I kept smelling a faint sewer smell. I thought it was the plumbing, however I used to live in Ventura County and remember that the water treatment plant I located by the harbor. The room had a microwave and fridge. There was no shower cap, and just had the minimum for their guest. I would not choose staying there again.

Pros:

I am a returning customer. The facility is convenient to my vacation destinations. The staff is friendly. The rooms have been very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The only improvement I desire is a timely closing receipt. The pending deposit has not been replaced by a final receipt which should only reflect a parking charge. Its 12 hours after checkout and i have not received an email. That is disappointing.

Great location, there should be more hotels on the water in the harbor to choose from.
Pros:

The location of this hotel was great, right on the water on the harbor. Great view from the room.

Cons:

The carpet in the room was really gross, it was obviously a dog room and there were pee stains everywhere. The room didn’t feel clean. The bathroom could use some deep cleaning and some upgrades.

Pros:

It was very clean and I felt completely at ease during my stay. The staff were friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was excellent. It was lovely to eat whilst looking out over the harbour, and the location was excellent too.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was a bit low. But that’s no problem.

Convenient to Ventura Harbor, clean, and quiet.
Pros:

Very quiet room, friendly staff, good location, comfortable bed, good tv and channels. Also convenient parking right next to the entrance was a plus.

Cons:

Individual bathroom toiletries, nicer towels, and glasses or heavier plastic cups would’ve added to the experience.

Pros:

The location (in the harbour) was exceptional, could walk around very easily. The staff was helpful and the accomodation exceeded my expectations. The breakfast also included several options.

Bed Bugs!
Pros:

The location was close to the marina, we stayed here because of that.

Cons:

We returned home with bed bugs. We stayed in the secondary building, room 151. My boyfriend was bitten up on his entire lower body and I squished multiple bed bugs on the bags we brought into the hotel and then back home. We’ve had to spend additional money to clean and kill these bugs.

Other than the above the day was great. Comfortable bed.
Pros:

Breakfast was great as was the fresh ground coffee

Cons:

Night receptionist was a bit off putting. We asked about ability to purchase win. We were told a definitive no. When reading the room information there was a line that suggested a lounge bar. Call the front desk to verify what a lounge bar meant. We hung up the phone and less than a minute later, she called back and said the lounge bar was probably referring to the hotel next-door the Sheraton. She could’ve told us that when we asked about where to get a glass of wine when we asked.

Pros:

ロケーションがすばらしい。無料朝食やコーヒーはおいしかったし、満足です。

Cons:

隣の部屋や上階の部屋にうるさい人が泊まると、話し声や足音がよく聞こえます。耳栓があると快適でしょう。駐車場代は1日12ドル取られます。
