Nice in the day, too bright at night.

Spacious clean and comfortable room with lovely harbor and sunset view.

Cons:

Lovely harbor view was ruined after dark when obnoxiously bright patio light comes on. According to front desk there is no way to turn it off due to "safety" reasons. How about a gentle mellow light out there if that's the case. The thick blackout curtains need to be drawn tight to keep the light out for sleeping. Unfortunately that block the cool ocean breezes and the beautiful nighttime harbor view. Internet wasn't working while we were there, but that was supposedly an outage the hotel couldn't control. Additional $12 parking fee not mentioned in the Booking reservation.

We enjoyed our stay here! and if we are in the area again would stay again!
Pros:

The location was great. We were headed to the Channel Islands and this was close to restaurants and the beach. It was a remarkably quiet too. Loved the outdoor patio for breakfast or sunsets!

Cons:

Prepared Breakfast is hard to please everyone. They had a good assortment of choices but, most were highly processed foods.
