Excellent room, MUCH better than expected.
Pros:

I would like to commend Miles and the cleaning staff for responding to my request for a heavy-chemical and mold free room. I am chemically sensitive and have a severe mold allergy. The room was absolutely clean and better than we have experienced at many upscale facilities.

Cons:

The creepy, nasty guy at breakfast who kept smashing his chair into mine and blaming me for the tight space and chair arrangement. Too bad you can't screen for jerks at booking! No shade on Holiday Inn's part. Maybe change the arrangement of chairs. Breakfast itself could use a little upgrade.

Very disappointed.
Pros:

Scrambled eggs were beyond dry and appeared to be from some sort of premade mix.

clean hotel in great location with very good breakfast
Pros:

breakfast was very good
room was quite comfortable...
location was good for my needs
reception staff were very friendly

Cons:

I am 72 years old and I found the bed to be too high
I would prefer a window that opens to allow fresh air
I would prefer to be able to switch off the air-con system - the off button seems to be disabled
i would prefer a SMART tv so that I can watch streaming services - or allow an HDMI source such as the fire stick that I carry with me.

Pros:

Toujours un plaisir d’y séjourner! Les petits déjeuners sont vraiment bien! Propre!

Cons:

Pour une des rares fois, c’était plus bruyant, air climatisée et bruit de la chasse d’eau, toujours autant surprenante! Ça sentait un peu l’humidité dans la chambre. Le vendredi et samedi, le tarif est un peu exagéré pour la qualité selon moi.
