Room 224 shower never got hot. Left running for 30 mins only cold water.
Nice room clean everything ok
Breakfast good exelente coffee
Breakfast was good, cereals, yogurts, eggs, bacon plus breads. A little fruit offered. Freshly ground coffee 24/7. Indoor pool and gym looked good though I didn't use either during my stay.
Cable reception was 50/50, stormy weather may have been responsible. No movie channels, only basic cable. Shower water was warm, not hot but ok.

I have been working and staying with this company so long. The receptionist that morning didn't give me the courtesy to enjoy the peace and quiet that I need instead I had to drive back home.
Receptionist in the morning was not professional and didn't give the courtesy to stay. I called the night before I talked to a very nice lady who stated that my reservation was still there. I informed her due to my work I will not make it at night but I will be there in the morning. She stated she will talk to her coworker if something change, she will call me. She didn't. I thought everything was OK. I went that morning, after the Receptionist stated she saw my reservation. I felt that she was uncomfortable. I asked her. Is it cancel. She looked at me and say yes. I asked her for my ID and I left. I was really disappointed from the play that I usually come home when I am on the road. More often , it is not the place ,but the people that makes life/place bad . Thank you. I felt really bad .
Place was up to standard, everything was perfect. Holiday day inn now become my first place of home whenever I travel.
