It was good.
Pros:

Good breakfast,clean and friendly staff.

Cons:

The spa in the room did not have bars on or in the tub! I don’t like to take up a handicap room but it would have bars on the tub and in the shower!

I would stay again, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms and lobby are clean

Location was exceptional for my son's tour pf Western CO University. The lobby smelled fresh and was clean. Staff was friendly. Our bathroom was a little worn, and there was a lot of black long hair on the floor. That's the only complaint

Cons:

Bathrooms need an update, chipped counter. There was only conditioner in the shower, no shampoo. Housekeeping leaves a lot of hair on the floor

Great place to stay in Gunnison!
Pros:

We got to the town without a reservation, drove around to get a feel for where we wanted to be, really started to worry because we did not like what we were seeing until we came across this Holiday Inn, best choice, we were very pleasantly surprised. Totally recommend this hotel.
