The location!
My air in my room was not working and the male at the desk initially acted as if he did not want to accommodate me by putting me into another room. He wanted me to see if the maintenance guy could fix the air conditioner first. I told him to put me in another room.

The staff was very nice and friendly! We loved Sarah. The beds were super comfortable. The room was clean and spacious.
The window was opened. I didn’t notice it until the next morning as we checked in very late the night before. The room was warmer at night despite lowering the temperature. It was too late to call front desk. Also when we were double checking the room as we were planning to checkout, we noticed broken up peanuts on the floor. Pool was dirty with fallen leaves or sticks so we didn’t utilize it.
