Convenient location
It was weird that the draperies were tacked to the window frame, so there was no way to look outside or get sunlight.

The comforter was wet, making sheets damp. There were no towels as we were told the laundry person was out sick so laundry didn't get done. The refrigerator leaked, found out at midnight when going to the bathroom and stepped in a puddle of water.
We deserve a refund!!!!!!!!

La vue depuis la chambre à condition qu’elle soit côté jardin.
Nous avions réservé une suite avec lit King size. Arrivés dans la chambre, la fenêtre donnait sur un toit, sans aucune vue et nous étions face à l’autoroute. Compte tenu du bruit incessant de la route depuis la chambre, nous avons demandé une chambre côté jardin. Il nous a été attribué une chambre classique avec 2 lits queen size. Aucun remboursement n’a été appliqué alors que nous avions réservé une chambre plus cher que celle que nous avons eu!
Le petit déjeuner est médiocre en raison du peu de choix et il n’y a que des assiettes et gobelets en carton.
Pour la piscine, il n’y a pas d’espace pour se changer et pas de peignoir à disposition.
Pour ma 1ere expérience dans cette chaîne d’hotel, je suis déçue
