Best Breakfast Staff & Food
Pros:

Breakfast room: very clean & tidy, hot food choices were piping hot, plenty of cold items too, fruit was fresh, and Carmen & Louella (breakfast staff) were exceptionally welcoming, cheerful, & worked nonstop even during slow times.

Great stay for the value
Pros:

It was exceptional. The breakfast was hot and far better thank most hotels offer. Plus they served fresh iced lemonade and cucumber infused water, tea and coffee bar 24hrs complimentary. The staff was so polite. I can't wait to stay again

Cons:

The neighbors were a little loud, no fault of the hotel staff.

Cons:

The location is a bit off to the side of town wish I picked a location closer to the middle of town. The breakfast food was not as good as other Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at eggs were plain no omelets. One day they only had one option for the yogurts. An things were not refilled promptly.

Pros:

Louella was a sweetheart! Evening front desk was amazing, very attentive and did not rush you through the check in process. Felt welcomed. Will be back again :)))

I highly recommend this hotel, clean, comfortable, great breakfast, but the highest of employee class, friendliness, and very helpful! FIVE STARS

Loreella and Carmen had huge smiles every morning as they served the food at the gorgeous buffet

Customer care and friendly
Pros:

The customer service from the front desk worker, Cynthia, was terrific. She was able to find our reservation and make my family feel comfortable. The lobby is ergonomic for work. The cleanliness is notable. Great place.Great service. Highly recommend.
