Great place to stay. Near highway so it's easy to get around the city. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

This was the perfect location, amenities and comfort for our family during this visit (funeral). Would have given 5 out of 5 stars, but 2 minor issues prevent me from giving a perfect score.

Cons:

The king mattress needs to be replaced. It had a large bump in the middle and two wells on each side. The other minor issue was dirt marks all
on the walls and shower in the bathroom.

Pros:

The beds were super comfy. I loved the comforter so much that I even asked the front desk about it, because I want to buy one LOL
Always nice and the hot tub felt great. Food was delicious definitely will be staying again

Cons:

We liked everything about this place, just one thing there were a few stains on our carpeting in our room that we noticed when we checked in, but no biggie I'm sure will be shampooed clean & ready for the next customers.

Pros:

We used this trip as a quieter 2 night stop during a road trip.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is good.
The kids loved the pool area and all staff are friendly and helpful.
Happy hour was a welcome surprise too ☺️

Another great Holiday inn
Pros:

We used this Holiday inn as a stop over point for 2 nights during a road trip. As always Holiday inn didn't disappoint. Our kids love the cookies and lemonade and the adults definitely appreciated the happy hour!
The air con in the room works well and is quiet and the house keeping team (Maria, Teresa, Velia, Angelica, Marcy and Lupita) work endlessly to create an immaculate environment, they were also great with our kids. Thank you

Hospitality At Its Finest
Pros:

Louella and Carmen are some of the most polite, kind and diligent workers in any continental breakfast environment I have ever seen.

The food is impeccable. Many options! From a pancake making machine, cinnamon rolls, eggs, seasoned potatos, bacon, bagels, ceral, yogurt, oatmeal and fresh fruit. Coffee and tea as well. If something runs out, it's quickly cleaned up and restocked. If there's a mess, its gone and loks as though it was never there in the blink of an eye.

They bring such an atmosphere of hospitality that I do hope if I ever come to this area again next year, that this is the hotel chosen for our family to stay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Cynthia deserves a special mention—she is incredibly helpful, and I genuinely look forward to seeing her whenever I check in.

The hotel consistently provides a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms are quiet, cool, and well-maintained, which is something I always appreciate. I also love the little touches, like the fresh infused water and lemonade available in the lobby. Their continental breakfast is delicious and a great way to start the day.

What keeps me coming back is the exceptional customer service. The staff goes out of their way to make guests feel valued and taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service. I’m confident they’ll be just as happy with their experience as I have been.

I liked the coffee, lemonade, cookies that was free in the lobby also enjoyed the movie that they had on their cable

Cons:

I don’t like the way the check-in works. I got charged a double deposit cause I extended my stay and I still haven’t received my deposit back on my card and it’s been five days I called and then the staff was really short about it and in my opinion rude. The bathtub was filthy. I had to clean it. I had to clean inside the jets. There was black hairs all over it before my wife could take a bath, cause it was filthy. I had to go to the store and get cleaner and sponges scrub it down.
