We weren't able to use the 25 dollar credit per adult each day. They said it didn't include the restaurant, breakfast, or bar. They said it only included the snack area. If I would have known they wouldnt honor the voucher, I would have upgraded to include breakfast...the pool was not heated and was around 75 degrees. They never fixed it or really sent anyone to look at it

Accommodating. We came on an emergency flight and need a place to stay. The guy assisted my mom and I, while ensuring she was in a close room due to her being unable to walk. I will definitely be back to this location.

Had room for a larger family. This is about literally the only thing I liked here. The number of people able to sleep here was good.
The pool was the main reason I chose this one and room sizes for the family. The indoor pool was freezing 🥶. Our keys didn't even work for a while eventually a couple hrs later they did but didn't even matter then because the water was so cold and it was late. Have a complimentary breakfast but run out of silverware and food and coffee quickly. Not staffs fault understaffed. Elevators squeaky and wonder every ride if it's going to trap u lol. No seats outside for smoking or vaping. Price for rooms was high for the service and atmosphere. A room to sleep x6 and they gave us one roll of toilet paper and like 5 Kleenex x2 coffees with 1 sugar 😡. I never get to go on vacation and wasted my time off at this place a terrible mistake. Thought about getting a refund and getting another one but already had family on their way over. 1 tiny trashcan again for large families. And to top it off couldn't even get wifi to work on x5 kids Nintendo switches! This place was awful biggest waste of my $ all year! If u r traveling for business can't swim and don't have kids and drink coffee who knows maybe ul like it but I hated it. I don't usually leave awful reviews but they pretty much ruined my vacation plans to the fullest to the extent. Would prefer to sleep in my car then go here again. Some of the USB ports didn't work. Only one bathroom x2 doors and one roll of toilet paper.
Property overall was fine, staff was friendly
Woke Sunday morning to a dead phone because the outlet by the bed was either dead or not activated. Went to make coffee, only decaf pods. Went to take a shower, tub rusty. Headed downstairs to get real coffee, maybe a slice of toast or a yogurt, saw a sign that breakfast could be had for 12.99 or something ridiculous like that

I didn’t get the room I reserved. They actually upgraded me but unfortunately the room had a leak in the shower!! When the room above took a shower it RAINED into our shower!!!!’ The ceiling had definite water damage!! This has been happening prior to our stay!!! We could not shower unless you want ceiling dust etc!!!

The staff are friendly and quick to action. There were issues in the room assigned to me and they changed me to another room which was perfect. Breakfast was convenient and had a sufficient spread.
The heater in my room was not working. The remote control for the television was missing. Plus the bath tub had brown stains inside.
The staff was friendly and immediately sent a technician to look at the heater. It was broken and they found me another room. The second room was good.
I booked a room for my family (2 young kids included) over Thanksgiving and through the weekend for the Michigan Ohio state game. Our plans later changed and I called the day I changed my flight to make sure I could keep my hotel reservation knowing I wouldn’t be there for a few days. I was told yes. I called again the Monday before our stay and again reminded them I wouldn’t be there the original date, but instead Friday. Don’t give away our room. I was told it was noted and all would be fine. Show up, no room, the guy tells me it’s weird I didn’t get a call or email. I rechecked, no call no email. They assured me I’d get my points back. I don’t want points, I want my room. He said he could contact his manager but she would say the same thing. Their hands are tied. I said call anyway, he pretended to text with her and literally did nothing to help. Said we could hang out in the lobby to see if anyone no showed. I will be closing my IHG card because status is pointless.
