Pros:

It was in a nice area

Cons:

There was no shower curtain and when I tried calling it in I noticed the phone wasn’t working so I had to go back to the lobby

There was no pool. It was advertised in the photos. It’s terrible choice by Booking com and Holiday Inn to deceive customers. Never using the site and not staying at that hotel again

Great stay! Comfortable, safe, great location and friendly staff!
Pros:

Super easy, convenient, safe, friendly staff, yummy breakfast, super comfortable sheets, manager introduced himself, good value. We have stayed here many times and will continue to come back!

Cons:

All good! Gym could have a few more weights - but we made do!

Staff was really nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

They didnt tell us pool is down "indefinitely" room definitely could have been cleaner
The bathroom vents and parts of the ceiling in the breakfast area were really dusty. There was also rust in the bathtub
