Breakfast was very good, excellent food and hospitable staff. The hotel maintenance man, Jason, was also very nice and helpful.
I had terrible experience at this Holiday Inn. I bounced around to four rooms. The first was occupied when I opened the door. The TV didn't work in the second room. The third room hadn't been cleaned. The fourth was satisfactory, but about an hour after check in, another guest opened our door with a key given him by management. The manager was extremely rude and interrupted me numerous times in front of two other employees. I was finally given the night for free but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was awakened by the noise outside of our room so I guess as sound proof as I wanted.

I didn't like being that close to the side exit door, because I could smell when people went for a smoke.
Bed- was exhausted from trip and slept 10 solid hours!!!! All staff were friendly and polite!!!
Door to room was propped open when we arrived ???? TV is too hard to operate for technically challenged seniors, just need to hit power and have channels available to watch!!!!

The grounds need to picked up/trash. There were 2 broken chairs by the trash bin, a ripped trash bag.
