Great hotel, very clean, good breakfast
Pros:

Hotel was great, convenient, and clean. Room was so comfortable and fully furnished and clean. Breakfast was delicious also!

Declining cleanliness at this location.
Cons:

I have stayed here often. However, every subsequent visit, the rooms have been dirtier, particularly the bathrooms. At times I have questioned whether or not they had been cleaned at all prior to my stay aside from the towels being changed out. On the subject of towels, my towels have had holes my last two visits and had dark hairs embedded into them. At a certain point, they should be thrown away. The check in staff is rarely at the front desk. I have had to call them to come check me in on three different occasions after waiting at an empty front desk for several minutes. I come through Little Rock around 8 times per year and will try staying somewhere else from now on.

It was a good, safe stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good and had a good selection. The eggs and sausage were a little cold and hard to chew. The coffee was delicious!

Cons:

The treadmill in the fitness center is extremely loud.

Cons:

There was shaved hairs on the bathroom shower walls, evening staff was hard to understand and didn’t seem happy that we were there.
