Great
Pros:

I liked everything! I think the only thing I didn’t like was the duvet covers, only because it didn’t have a zipper or even buttons for the ends so the sheet would fall off the blanket. We ended up just taking the cover off.
Other wise it’s a very clean, and nice hotel!
Breakfast was pretty good! I was very shocked on all the stuff you could get! I feel most hotels don’t have these good options! (Pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, bagels, cinnamon rolls, you can even get biscuits and gravy?!, very good!)

Cons:

Just the duvet covers for the blankets.

Pros:

Breakfast was great, cheese egg omlets, bisquits and gravy, toast, fruit, pancakes and plenty of coffee. The tables were clean, the staff are friendly, and there was plenty of seating.

Cons:

I was hoping for a waffle machiene, beyond that everything was great.

Pros:

Very clean affordable pricing clean rooms great choice on breakfast and wonderful staff the Best !!

Cons:

Only one washer and one dryer 😩 it was a big Group of soccer players who need to wait for they’re turn but nothing major all good 😊 I waited patiently for my turn

Exemplary employee!
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel on June 11, 2026. We would like to give a sincere shout-out to Amber, the front desk clerk. She demonstrated sincere care and compassion for our challenging situation (having to leave our home for toxic paint fumes). She was so kind, to both myself and my husband, who has dementia. Also, she worked a double shift today (June 11, getting off at 11:00 pm t tonight). When we went down to the lobby this evening, she was just as energetic, friendly and caring as she was when she started her work day this morning.
Amber is a true asset to Holiday Inn Express, and we hope she receives recognition for her exemplary professionalism and kindness.
