Terrible and inconsiderate services.
Pros:

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel and the customer service surrounding my reservation.

I never actually stayed at this hotel because I was told incorrect information about its location. During the booking call, I was informed that the hotel was only about 15 minutes from the previous location we had discussed. Based on that information, I agreed to the reservation. I didn’t learn the hotel’s exact address until I received the confirmation email after the call.

When I checked the address, I discovered the hotel was actually about 2.5 hours away, not 15 minutes. Because of this major misinformation, I was unable to use the reservation. The hotel never provided the lodging service I was charged for.

I contacted customer service and explained that I had agreed to the booking based on inaccurate information. Despite this, my refund request was denied after they claimed the location had been confirmed during the call. I also disputed the charge with my bank, but the dispute was denied as well.

I paid for a hotel stay that I could not reasonably use because I was given incorrect information about where the hotel was located. I believe customers deserve accurate information before being charged for a reservation, especially when the location is the deciding factor. I hope the company reviews how these situations are handled so future customers don’t experience the same issue.

Pool was freezing. Hot tub not working. Chose this hotel over another bc of hot tub. Sheets are polyester! Sweated all night in them.
