Overall everything was great!

We had a great stay and will definitely come back to this hotel if we plan another visit to this are
Pros:

We were extremely pleased with everything. The room, the pillows, the great breakfast, friendly/helpful staff, cleanliness, coffee in the breakfast area available all day, and fantastic location. We easily reached Reid Beach, Royal River Grill in Yarmouth, Bombay Mahal in Brunswick, Nighthawks Kitchen and Mast Landing Brewery in Freeport, and of course LL Bean.

Cons:

We were on the highway side of the Hotel and it was a bit loud at times.
