Categories

Cleanliness
8.3
Multiple reviews explicitly call rooms 'very clean' and the property overall clean, though a few mentions note a dirty spa and one troubling room issue (mattress condition/door), so generally strong but not perfect.
Service
9.5
Numerous positive comments on attentive, professional and friendly staff (including a named desk clerk), fast/uncomplicated check-in and helpful front desk; service is a consistent strong point in the reviews.
Location
9.3
Many guests praise the convenient location (near interstate, restaurants, mall, Buc-ees) and suitability as a travel stop — location is frequently cited as a major positive.
Room Quality
8.1
Most guests report spacious, comfortable rooms and beds, but isolated but significant negative feedback (old/malformed mattress, a room next to exterior entry and an unsecured deadbolt) lowers the score slightly.
Amenities
7.9
Amenities like indoor pool, weight room and breakfast area are appreciated; however issues reported include a warm/not-hot hot tub, dirty spa, missing gym earbuds and some HVAC control problems.
Value for Money
8.8
Several guests mention reasonable pricing for the restaurant and overall satisfaction for a convenient overnight stop — value is perceived as good by most reviewers.
Food and Beverage
8.4
Breakfast is often praised as 'very good' or 'fantastic' and cited as a highlight, but there are a number of complaints about buffet food quality, staff at breakfast, requests for more fruit and at least one 'poor breakfast' comment.
Overall Experience
9.3
Overall impressions are strongly positive (many guests say they would stay again, enjoyed their stay, or that the hotel met expectations), with a single notable negative experience about safety/reservation handling being an outlier.

Pros:

Just stayed overnight. Easy to find. Breakfast was very good. Liked the idea of a indoor pool and weight room if I were to stay longer.

Disappointing, felt like it was an unsafe property.
Pros:

Location, Front desk guy.

Cons:

Reservation specified not ground floor, w/king. Upon arrival only had ground floor next to outside entry door. When we looked at the room the door was not fully closed deadbolt in open position, bed was made but was not flat, could only imagine the age of the mattress as it had two tunnels on either side of the center line.
Front desk was helpful in canceling the reservation. We went to Hampton just down the street.

We really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The staff was very professional, courteous, and respectful. The housekeeping service was very good. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well. The food in the restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced.
