Perfect local option for campus visits
Pros:

Rooms are comfortable and I like the amenities in the room to allow additional seating and working opinions (in particular the lounge chair with movable work table is great). Breakfast options are outstanding- the hot cinnamon rolls are my favorite!

Cons:

Price per night isn't super affordable generally speaking but I stay because of location convenience and hotel amenities.

Great affordable hotel
Pros:

We love the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, and the variety of choices for breakfast. We like the location because it was close to UNH, which we were visiting. Unfortunately, there was construction across the street and our car got quite dirty, but that was not your fault, of couse.

Cons:

We like everything. No complains at all :-)

Only if you have to…
Pros:

Disappointing experience. Claim to be pet friendly but due to a genuine misunderstanding (language issues?), even though we mentioned pet, we were directed to a room that shouldn’t have been designated okay for dog: how were we to know? On second day, chided us for not declaring our dog! When I pointed out that fridge did not work, manager just shrugged…two days, no fridge…had to buy ice at service station to keep stuff cool. Being on the third floor, with the only elevator out of service for a full day/ half our stay was not ideal, but no concession on room rate. And pet fees at $39 per day are highest we’ve ever paid in New England for a 16-pound dog! Will bypass this one in future. (In fairness, it was clean, quiet and the coffee was good).

DENIED AND CHARGED MY LEGAL SERVICE DOG
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Pain in the ass location. Pain in the ass to park. Ignorant staff who cannot speak or understand English. Signs everywhere threatening to tow your car. Stayed for a week. Refused to give me a parking pass.
