Staff was amazing! Room needs updated badly.
Pros:

Staff was amazing. Very helpful and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one they gave me. Excellent customer service.

Cons:

Room was very outdated. Bathroom tub had stains in it and was supposed to be a jetted tub. I never used it because of the appearance of the tub.

The hotel location was perfect, however the bug, smell, attitude & price were not.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the location was close to our event.

Cons:

The rooms had an odor and I woke up to a bug in the bathroom. I reported it to the attendant and he shrugged it off. For the price of the room, it was unacceptable.

Very nice place to stay that made my wife very happy
Pros:

Easy to get to from the interstate and close to restaurants and shopping. Large room and very clean and comfortable

Cons:

Higher price for the room but compared with the condition of nearby hotels and motels it was worth the extra expense

the pool wasn’t heated , breakfast was OKAY i can get better pool and food at sleep in for half of the price , this will probably be the last time I stay here. As i checked in i noticed other guest only pay $184-$212 while i had to pay $244 for ONE night
