The stay over all was wonderful.
Pros:

The courtesy. General manager Simone was wonderful.

Cons:

Housekeeping didn’t clean our room. The General manager Simone handled our concerns. She was wonderful the way she handled the situation.

Excellent location to relax & enjoy the area
Pros:

The staff was amazing! We stayed in a king suite with a huge bathtub that was like a personal hot tub. It was big enough for 2 & had jets to allow for therapy on areas of the body. The king size bed & pillows were very comfortable. Having the additional couch, chairs & desk was very nice as well. A college softball team stayed at this property during our stay & they were all very respectful. The breakfast is very good with a variety for everyone & the pancake machine is so cool.

Good Stay
Pros:

Just stayed here while visiting relatives in Bethlehem. Overall this was a good hotel and will stay here again. Located within walking distance to a restaurant . We got an accessible room which we didn’t ask for. The bathroom was like an ice box ( no heat in there ) and the shower pressure wasn’t great. Breakfast was above average. Very clean eating area and nice workers.

Pros:

Staff was kind. Good breakfast except eggs were cold.

Cons:

Our room had pee in the toilet
Whoever cleaned it last didn't flush it.messed up our room
Asked for room on quiet side far away from the elevator
We got room highway side very noisy couldn't sleep and 2 doors from elevator .Booking really messed it up so wasn't happy but the lady at the desk was just trying to comfort us as it wasn't her fault. But we did check to make sure our reservation was right but when we got there it was terrible and such a mixup.

Our stay was fine, would have been great if we felt the room was sanitized and cleaner.
Pros:

The young woman that checked us in was friendly, and accommodating. She was smart and dis not announce our room # out loud. I was jacking g in with my teenage daughter and I appreciated that.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner. The bed closest to the window looked like someone had sat on it, had a dark hair on the pillow, and the base of the other bed looked to have white stains that had dried on it.
