Worst manager I have ever experienced- UNCHANGED BEDDING

The area around the hotel is pretty good.

The staff were the worst i have ever experienced in my life. I am calling corporate today. We walked into a room with luggage left in it and a DIRTY BED WITH UNCHANGED LINENS. When asked to have it fixed the manager was mad at ME, complained about her job, then scolded ME for not explaining to her that I needed all of the bedding on that bed replaced. She just wanted to give me sheets. No pillows no comforter. She wouldnt even take the DIRTY BEDDING. Ceiling in the shower was falling down too.
